Leena Homes have considerable experience acquired over a number of years, in the management of residential properties varying in size from individual houses to blocks of flats to full board hostels.

We understand that the key attributes of any successful Facility Management contract are – capability, versatility and flexibility, not forgetting of course, quality and consistency.

So it is probably not possible to list all that we consider to be involved in Facility Management, but here are some of the factors you should consider:

  • Medical & Social i.e. liaison with PCTs, DWP and other local non-governmental organisations and the voluntary sector
